Every Friday morning, Monday afternoon, and the last Sunday morning of every month, you’ll find this Brisbane run club snaking their way along the Newstead riverwalk before enjoying post-exercise snacks at Fishbowl, Fruitbowl, or Woolshed. Soso’s Run Club
Newstead and South Brisbane
A club that’s as much about the chat and treats as it is about the running, Soso’s brings the good vibes twice a week. Meeting at Waterfront Park in Newstead every Saturday at 6am and Wednesday nights at 6pm in South Brisbane for a 5km jog, Soso’s welcomes all fitness levels (so no excuses) and always has time for a post-run feed.
Mum Run

What started out as a few mums getting together for a jog, Mum Run now has a devoted group of women who show up at 6.30am every Sunday to get it done. Founded by personal trainer Tilli Conias, you’ll love the high energy, conversations, and post workout coffee that comes with upping your energy alongside this lovely bunch.

All abilities are welcome, and you’ll be rewarded with a sweet caffeine hit after you’ve worked up a sweat.
Brisbane Girls Run Club
Newstead
Sorry guys—this one is exclusively for the girlies. With Brisbane Girls Run Club, you’ll get in a 30-minute run every Wednesday at 6am in Newstead with the squad (and maybe a few doggos). Whether you’re in it to make some new friends or just avoid sweaty, shirtless bodies, join them for a friendly jog then stay for a coffee and a post-run chit chat at a local cafe afterwards.
